Brain Foods

The best brain foods that promote a better memory and recall are gingko and berries. Eat raw berries or their extracts. The best berries are blueberries and bosenberries. I also recommend the jellies made from berries. Blueberries and bosenberries will prevent the brain from aging and the onset of brain probelms. Add a daily capsule or herb tea with gingko.

Hello do you have any recommendations for healing serious ligaments and tendons injuries ?

I have very difficult / bizarre health situation that requires my continual attention and , as I speak has me in very comprimised position.
