The First Explorers of America

The first explorers of Central America and Mexico were not the Spaniards but the Chinese. Chinese sailors explored the Pacific coast of Mexico hundreds of years before the Spaniards. Great sailing ships visited the coastals tribes of Mexico and traded with them. They exchanged herbs, plants, seasonings, medical knowledge and science. They also taught the indians construction techniques working with stone.
